Senior Layout Design Engineer

Position: Senior Layout Designer
Location: 100% remote / work from home
Full-time: Salary + Benefits + Bonuses or Contractor
Work Status: US Citizen or US Permanent Resident

We are looking for experienced Layout Designers with the following experience...

• Strong FinFET process nodes experience
• High-speed SerDes or equivalent analog design in CMOS FinFET
• Take direction effectively (from layout lead and circuit designers) and follows company’s layout methodology (example layouts must be done using XL)
• Work independently once given a set of requirements, and will ask questions of the circuit designer and lead integrator when unsure of where to take a layout decision they are faced with
• Able to use an existing prior design as a guide for their current design
• Can effectively communicate with layout lead, observing and anticipating potential issues with the design and voicing them when uncovered

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation for the position is $120,000.00 to $180,000.00 and based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and location.  For part time the compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
