Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer (100% remote)

Job Title: Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer
Location: 100% remote / work from any US location
Status: US Citizen or US Permanent Resident only
Full-time: Salary + Benefits + Bonuses or Contractor

** MUST have work experience with Tx/Rx design for high CMTI capacitive isolation for this role **

Responsibilities:
In this position, you should be able to demonstrate/provide evidence of the following:
• Leading design evaluation and development of architectures and specifications for bidirectional communication across high-voltage isolation boundaries from concept data sheet to production.
• Performing system level analysis and developing architectures to create optimal system implementations.
• Lead the transistor level design phase and mentor junior design engineers in the process.
• Determines design approaches and parameters.
• Validate datasheet specifications via top level simulations.
• Work with layout engineers to ensure designs are efficiently laid out to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with Test, Product Validation and Systems Engineers during silicon evaluation and test development.
• Benches evaluate silicon to debug the design. Evaluate all qualification test results to highlight design shortcomings.

Qualifications:
• BSEE with 10+ years of experience in analog/mixed signal IC design
• Knowledge and experience of capacitive and/or magnetic based communication techniques and designs.
• Ownership of analog and mixed-signal circuits used in automotive applications.
• Experience in Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) and development of noise immune circuits.
• Ownership of analog and mixed-signal circuits used in automotive applications.
• Proven track record of bringing products from concept through design and validation and qualification to production.
• Proficient using Cadence design tools.
• Experience in precision Analog CMOS, BiCMOS, Bipolar and DMOS design.
• Mixed Signal design experience.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts.
• Able to solve challenging problems during design and debug.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is between $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 and based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate total compensation may vary as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including customer assignment, your job-related skills, qualifications, experience and location.
