Senior Timing Closure Engineer – STA / Signoff Description:
Drives timing convergence across block- and chip-level designs using Cadence Tempus for GF 22nm. Leads STA strategy for setup, hold, and OCV across corners, ensuring signoff-ready timing reports. Partners with synthesis and physical design teams to implement ECOs and reduce critical path bottlenecks. Provides timing closure leadership, mentoring engineers in advanced timing methodologies.
Requirements: 8+ years in STA and timing closure with Cadence Tempus or Synopsys PrimeTime. Expertise in constraint management, CDC verification, and multi-clock designs. Strong understanding of GF 22FDX PVT, derates, and variability handling. Leadership in resolving late-stage signoff issues and driving ECO closure.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is between $140,000 to $160,000, which also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
