About the Team:
In support of the high-demand from our customers, the Physical Design Group is expanding and recruiting new members in the area of Analog Mixed-Signal Layout and memory design. The focus of this team is to implement complex, high-speed analog and some high-speed custom digital circuits for high-speed Memory devices. We partner with the top-tier SoC and processor companies to implement designs from RTL to tape-out, on today’s most complex process technologies, using the latest EDA tools and physical implementation methodologies.

About the Project:
As a member of the AMS Design / SRAM layout team you will be responsible for delivering fully verified, clean layout, including:
• Designing complex layout for mixed-signal, and analog circuits in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies
• Reviewing and analyzing floorplans and complex circuits with circuit designers
• Running complete set of design verification tools available
• Collaborating with the circuit design team to plan/schedule work and necessary layout trade-offs as needed
• Interpreting LVS, DRC and ERC reports to find the fastest way to complete layout
• Utilizing advanced CAD tools and mask design knowledge to deliver correct and robust layout

Minimum Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experienced with layout design of high frequency SRAM arrays
• Experienced with deep submicron technologies down to 7nm FinFET and basic device physics
• Ability to recognize failure prone circuit and layout structures
• Good understanding of analog design and DFM best practices
• Experience in Cadence schematic tools (Virtuoso, etc) and design checks (DRC, LVS)
• Knowledgeable in physical implementation and reliability
• Should have at least 7 years' experience in analog mixed-signal layout

Valued Qualifications:
• Architecture understanding of advanced memory technologies and trade-offs
• Scripting skills in PERL or SKILL are considered a plus, but not required

Education Requirements:
• Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering
• Preferred: Master's, Electrical Engineering
