Job Title: Technical Lead - SerDes Architect
Location: 100% remote / work from home

About the Team:
Join the growing Encore Semi Analog Mixed-signal Design Team to collaborate with customers on the design of state-of-the art SoCs and IPs based on new innovative architectures. Joining the team, you will build on a background of both digital and analog development. You will join a larger AMS development team to deliver next generation Integrated Circuits including high-speed SerDes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, design and architect high-speed SERDES subsystems
• Conduct Support Mixed-Signal feasibilities for SERDES or other high-speed systems
• Support Mixed-Signal IP through the post-tapeout phase, including lab testing, customer bring-up and debug
• Ownership of circuit and system specifications
• Design CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits

Qualifications:
• BSEE, MSEE, or PhD in Analog, Mixed-Signal or RF IC design preferred
• 12+ years of industry experience in the area of mixed-signal, high-speed CMOS circuit design
• Experience with circuit simulators (HSPICE, Spectre, etc)
• Knowledge of layout issues
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment


If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation for the position is $120,000.00 to $180,000.00 and based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and location.  For part time the compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
