Senior FPGA Verification Engineer (DoD Secret Clearance)

Position Title: Senior FPGA Verification Engineer
Work Location: Austin, TX
Full-time: Salary + Benefits + Bonuses or Contractor
Work Status: US Citizen

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing a configurable UVM testbench to simulate and verify complex VHDL FPGA designs that include ADC/DAC interfaces, DSP, and high-speed SERDES. You will have the opportunity to drive the SystemVerilog/UVM methodology on a project. You will be expected to develop reusable Universal Verification Components (UVCs) including agents, monitors, scoreboards, etc. You will develop test cases, collect/analyze coverage, run interactive and regression simulations.

Requirements:
• BSEE with 8+ years of FPGA Verification experience required
• Experience in SystemVerilog/UVM
• Experience in developing constrained random, self-checking testbenches
• Experience with FPGA design and verification tools (Mentor Questa)
• Experience in creating Universal Verification Components (agents, monitors, scoreboards)
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Familiarity with board design methodologies

Preferred Requirements:
• MSEE with 5+ years of FPGA Verification experience required
• Digital Signal Processing (DSP) experience
• MATLAB/Simulink
• Perl/Python
• VHDL Design experience
• Familiarity with Xilinx, Altera and Microchip/Microsemi tools
• Active / In-Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is a plus

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is between $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 and based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate total compensation may vary as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including customer assignment, your job-related skills, qualifications, experience and location.
