Regional VP of Sales – Rock Star!

Job Description and Requirements:

Responsibilities:
• Go-to-market – Design and execute a territory specific go-to-market strategy
• ICP – Refine the Company’s Ideal Customer Profile for strategic account targeting within the territory
• Robust sales funnel – Acquire new customers by actively calling prospect organizations, networking, using advanced prospecting tools and various customer account lists
• Lead-generation campaigns – Strategize, plan and launch targeted Customer lead-generation campaigns in the region as well as generate leads independently
• Account relationship management – Become a trusted consultant with clients to determine their current and future needs. Work with engineering pre-sales team members to generate compelling service solutions and expand existing business
• Negotiate Contracts – With executive management and legal as required
• Sales Process – Follow up on bids, close on opportunities; conduct post mortems on lost bids, discuss with team and evaluate strategy adjustments
• Drive our business forward – Work within the defined territory to close sales, win business, and reach annual corporate sales and delivery goals

Qualifications:
• B.S. in Engineering or related field required (M.S. / M.B.A. or other advanced technical or business management degrees desired)
• Minimum 10 years of sales and/or business development experience in engineering services
• Dynamic Sales Professional with a relentless sales-hunter mentality
• Proven track record of generating revenue and closing business
• Able to assist customers in identifying their requirements and gaps while offering appropriate solutions
• You are collaborative and love belonging to a high-achieving team
• Ideal Candidate will be located in Santa Clara County and frequent travel within the Western US region is required 
• Background checks and current valid driver’s license required

Pay Range:
Annual Base Salary: $100,000 – $195,000 USD
Commission: Unlimited with $1M+ potential
Bonuses: Eligible
Incentive Stock Options: Eligible (US Citizen)
