Responsibilities As a Senior Sales Representative, you will:
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to your territory.
Identify and refine target accounts using the Company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Drive business growth by leveraging your own contacts, prospecting, networking, and using advanced sales tools to identify new customer opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with clients, acting as a trusted consultant to understand their current and future needs.
Collaborate with internal engineering pre-sales teams to propose compelling service solutions.
Negotiate contracts in coordination with executive management and legal teams.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including conducting post-mortem reviews on lost opportunities to improve strategies.
Qualifications We’re seeking candidates with:
A proven track record in sales, with a focus on engineering services, electronic design, or similar industries.
A “sales hunter” mentality with a relentless drive to secure new business.
The ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as an entrepreneurial contractor.
B.S. in Engineering or related field required. MBA or equivalent also highly desired.
Access to reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory (current valid driver’s license required).
